Changes: Leading and managing through change
Change can be difficult. For some even one is one too many.
With change coming in waves, the challenges presented multiply.
When the waves come so fast they can no longer be counted, the challenge becomes of a different order entirely.
People in fragile organisations become confused, paralysed and demotivated.
However, people in agile organisations keep their eye on the prize and keep moving forward - feeding on the energy and excitement change brings.
In this learning space we explore the impact of change and how best to lead and manage through it - maintaining personal and team focus and engagement.
Following completion of this workshop participants will:
► understand how the world of work is changing and what lies ahead
► better understand how their mindsets affect their responses to change
► have started building a toolkit of techniques to lead them and their team through change
